Auverture are proud to offer all clients a 24-month warranty promise on Contemporary and Vintage products. Our team will carefully asses each case to determine if your beloved piece can be fixed. We’re pleased to offer a complementary cleaning service to all of our clients after one year of purchase. To get your piece professionally cleaned, please get in contact with us and we will gladly arrange a pick-up


If after purchasing you see that the size of your new piece doesn’t quite fit perfectly, we offer a period of 14 days to contact us for a complementary resizing where possible. Each case will be handled separately. Auverture will determine, in its sole judgement, if it is possible to resize the piece. To arrange a resizing service, please contact our team


We understand that accidents can happen, so if your piece is missing a stone or has suffered heavy scratches, please get in contact with our customer care team. Our experts will evaluate the damages and propose a solution, as well as a comprehensive quote


If you notice any small damages such as a broken clasp or chain, you should contact us immediately so we can arrange an examination of the item and issue a repair with one of expert repair partners. Fixing your piece is our priority and we’ll make sure to return your jewellery as soon as possible

Products that are received damaged or becomes damaged by a manufacturing fault within twenty four (24) months of purchase are considered faulty. Items that become damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Each case will be handled separately. Auverture will determine, in its sole judgement and discretion, whether the damage is as a result of normal wear and tear or another reason. Damaged or faulty products will be repaired or if not possible, replaced – subject to availability.

This will depend on the type of repair you need, as well as how much time has passed since you purchased your piece. To get an accurate quote, please contact the customer care team.

It’s important that you provide as much information as possible so we can select the right service for you. As best as you can, try and describe the repair you think is required and our customer care team will advise on the solution.
