At Auverture, we are proud to present jewellery that’s as unique as you. We understand that sometimes, a piece just isn’t the perfect fit for your treasured collection, so we are happy to offer a full refund for any returns that meet our policy
Returns Policy
- Unused & unworn
All pieces must be returned unused and unworn, in the same condition they arrived in
- Return within 14 days
Pieces must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Earrings for pierced ears
For hygiene reasons, earrings for pierced ears must not have been tried on
- Customised pieces
We cannot accept returns on any customised pieces, as these are deemed unsaleable to another customer
- Returned as delivered
All pieces must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, as well as any included documentation, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping
- Use original postal packaging
To ensure your return does not encounter a delay with our courier service, items must be returned using the original postal packaging provided
To ensure we can refund your purchase, all returns must comply with the above
Once the team receives your piece and verifies that it is in compliance with our refund policy, a direct refund will be approved. Unfortunately, any items received which do not meet the above requirements will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer without a refund
How to return
If you wish to return a piece to us, please follow the following steps

CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER CARE
- Provide your name, address and order number

WE SEND YOU A FREE RETURN LABEL
- You will have 10 days to return your order before the label expires and becomes unusable

SEND BACK THE PARCEL
- Please note that we can not accept any item sent back without prior consultation and notification
Refunds
Once your return has been received, our team will carefully check and authenticate the piece. Only when this step is completed will the refund be processed through the same payment method originally used. The funds may take up to 7-10 working days to be credited back on your account, due to varying processing times between payment providers.
If you ordered using a promo code, the discounted amount will be returned to you.
