Ant Stud Rose Gold

The Memento Mori collection is inspired by the grotesque and the beautiful in the still life paintings of the Dutch Golden Age, and draws on the way in which these works would contrast natural beauty and its inevitable decay. The collection s bold designs capture flamboyant tulips and leaves in 18k yellow gold and rock crystal, such as one tulip ring that almost spans the hand, with these regal blooms grounded by ants, caterpillars, and maggots that nibble on their beautiful forms, as a poignant reminder of mortality.
